Which way do I sign in?
There are three ways, depending on who you are.
User (patient)
Signing in happens inside the app. You sign in with your email and password, and on a new phone everything comes back by itself.
Clinician
The clinicians' site: assessments at admission and discharge with questionnaires, answers on the patient's own phone and a printable report. Sign in with your Bivela email and password and a picture code; a center administrator gives the clinician role.
You are going to another site (doctor.bivela.me).
Researcher or center administrator
Through the admin panel. It needs a separate administrator account, and sign-in uses two-step verification — an authenticator app or a code sent by email.
You are going to another site (admin.bivela.me).
Why is there no web sign-in for users?
Because your content opens only with a key made from your own password on your phone. Signing in on the web would mean typing your password into a browser; for health data we prefer that this happens only inside the app.
