Bivela for iPhone
The iPhone version is built and in testing: the same features as the Android version, with the same account and the same encryption. It is not ready for everyone to install yet.
Where it stands: internal testing. When the install route for testers (Apple's TestFlight) is ready, we'll announce it here; there is no set date yet.
Have an iPhone and want to be among the first testers? Tell support on Telegram and we'll let you know when it's ready.
Let me know @v7lthronyxWhat's in the iPhone version
- A daily check-in of mood and sleep, the mood calendar and pattern analysis.
- My warning signs, with an optional reminder.
- Medications, the lithium test schedule and a visit summary.
- The sleep diary and companion programs for insomnia, anxiety, OCD and ADHD, with exposure steps.
- CBT exercises, thought records and the journal.
- Questionnaires, with an optional two-weekly reminder for PHQ-9 and GAD-7.
- The safety plan and urgent help, which work offline too.
- “My doctor”: linking with your doctor and optional sharing with your therapist.
- The AI companion, only with separate consent.
One account, both phones
You sign in with the same account as on Android, and your encrypted backup is there. Backup files open both ways too: Android to iPhone and back.
Privacy on iPhone
Data on the phone is encrypted with AES-256, and its key stays only in this iPhone's Keychain — it never goes to the phone's backup or iCloud. App Lock uses Face ID, Touch ID or the passcode, and notifications say nothing about your content.
You'll need
- An iPhone or iPad with iOS 17 or later.
- Internet for sign-in, the encrypted backup and the companion; checking in and reviewing work offline.
- Persian or English — both are there.
Until then, if you have Android: get the Android version
